Construction begins with our specialty ICF foundations for superior insulation and strength. Framing goes up, roof goes on.
Mechanical & Insulation
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and air sealing. All coordinated in-house and built to Stretch Energy Code standards.
Finishes & Move-In
Drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, paint. Final inspection, walkthrough, and your ADU is ready for occupancy.
